This is an older microscope but is in excellent cosmetic and testedworking condition, I can't find a thing wrong with it and it has amazingly clear optics. There are a few dust specks in the optics and it will eventually need a routine cleaning.I am easily able to focus at all magnification levels with the knob or footswitch. The footswitch zoom and focus adjustment is working when pressed.The inclinable eyepiece head is super nice and the interpupilary adjustment is working. The lamp in the light source is working and so is the variable intensity. The counter weight system in the stand is working perfectly. The ariticulating arms and adjustment knobs are working perfectly. The fiberoptic cable is good. The power cord is good. Originally came with two foot brakes but the mechanism on one of the brakes is missing.
