Battery needs to be charged. This machine has a small chip in the case, this will not affect the overall functioning of machine. It Powers on with the internal battery, Passes self-tests and navigates on-screen menus with ease. Navigates on screen menus with ease. Handle is good and monitor has minor scratches (see pictures). Overall, a very nice piece of equipment.
